If you're looking to reclaim your playful, joyful, imaginative self, this sharing, listening and connecting group is for you!
In a small group setting of no more than 8 people, we’ll explore prompts and share our ideas around creativity, play, and joy. It will be a safe space to explore what’s keeping you stuck, what inspires you to move forward, and how to reclaim that beautiful, loving side of yourself who wants to play and create!
You’ll leave each session feeling grounded, connected, and full of insight. You’ll feel inspired to move forward in a more joyful, playful, creative way. You’ll connect with others who are feeling the same as you and feel supported in your creative journey.
Open Spaces Groups are facilitated circles of folks who come together to reflect on prompts in a space of compassion and non-judgement. The modality is based on the NUSHU Group model. The Open Spaces Group is not about fixing and advice giving. It’s a time for reconnecting with yourself, as well as connecting with others. Group guidelines emphasize confidentiality, non-judgement and speaking your own truth. The prompts and reflections tap into the idea that we each hold the wisdom we are seeking inside of us.
Following a check in and opening, the I’ll offers a series of prompts with time for reflection and journaling. Group members then have a chance share their reflections - there is always an option to pass or come back. There is no cross-talk or conversation. Each person gets the chance to be fully seen and heard.
Space is limited to 8 participants.
